If you are a consumer who has a complaint against a current member that is is listed on this website, please follow the procedures as set out below in order for our association to assist you.
 
 As Follows:
 
  1. You can either email our secretary - Catherine Larkin at [email protected] or phone her at the following number:
    +27 (0)11 974 4399
    for initial assistance. She then will then be able to give you the details for the Regional Chairperson who will take up the matter with the member in question.

  2. All complaints must then be put in writing in order for our Regional Chairperson to be able to respond to your complaints relating to our member.

  3. If you feel the complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction by the Regional Chairperson, you can then address your issues in the writing to the PMA President of South Africa C/O The Secratary, to the following address: P.O. Box 511, Isando, 1600.
